Maddie likes "the baby"!
Sometimes she likes to look at the baby in the mirror. She's sometimes
smiley, sometimes shy and sometimes just fascinated. Wonder if she knows
who this little tyke is?
Maddie practices standing up
This accomplishment may be awhile yet. She likes to do this...for
about 2 seconds at a time! It looks good in a picture though, eh?
Maddie takes a shower
Probably wouldn't have thought of this had "Three Men and a
Baby" not come on TV recently! She seemed a little scared at first,
then began to relax and enjoy herself!
Maddie and Pocahontas (I mean, Mom)
Dad thinks this picture is very cute, but Mom doesn't care much for it,
and probably wouldn't care to have it posted on the Internet either (If you
couldn't already tell who was writing these...now you know).
Maddie drinks from a cup
After she reached for Dad's coffee cup and tried to put her mouth on it,
we figured we had to try this. Maddie grabbed the cup and directed it to
the right place, and Dad had to help her tilt it back. We aren't sure she
really knew that water was going to come out of it! She did drink though,
and we were very proud of her.
Lewis (a.k.a. Maddie) and Clark (a.k.a. Dad)
This was taken during a little hike on a nature trail at a local park. Notice
the look of noble wonderment as Maddie blazes a trail through uncharted
wilderness, "Over there, Geeves - I think I saw something!"
